“Support, trust, and staying true to yourself.
I reached out to Dennis for a Heart Channeling because a lot was changing in my life – my girlfriend had just moved in with me, and I suddenly found myself in this tension: How do I manage to keep space for myself – creative time, retreat – while at the same time wanting to be present for her and for my dog Lee? How do I find the balance? I noticed how much stress this was putting on me in daily life. I became tense, irritable, even inwardly aggressive – simply because I no longer had time for myself, and because the chaos and hustle around me sometimes just felt like too much. This wasn’t new: when Lee was a puppy and I was very stressed back then, I had already done a session with Dennis. And I was honestly amazed at how much it had helped me. So this time I thought again: maybe he can support me once more.
When I listened to the channeling, it became clear very quickly: this isn’t something to just play in the background. It really asked for my full attention. I listened to it three times – and by the third time, I realized: wow. This is exactly what I’ve been missing. That feeling of truly being supported – especially when you’re at a point where you can’t hold yourself together anymore. There was someone attuning to me, being there for me. I could feel that very strongly. And it felt good.
What touched me most was a sentence about relationships – the fear of making mistakes in relationships or of “not being good enough” when, afterwards, you feel like you could have done it better. That really hit me. It was a kind of aha moment that later often helped me not to judge myself when I gave space to my own needs.
This session didn’t necessarily send me on an energetic journey like the first time (back then I dreamed of golden pyramids afterwards – crazy, but true). But this time it went deeper into my heart: I felt supported, carried, full of gratitude. In the days that followed, I felt lighter. Hopeful. As if everything was going to be okay, and somehow find its rightful place.
What changed inside me? I became more aware of my fears – especially the fear of “relationship mistakes.” I was able to put them into better perspective and felt more supported in dealing with them. That allowed me to let go of a piece of that fear.
The session also touched on questioning the need to always be a “good person.” Allowing myself to follow my impulses. To “let loose” sometimes, without needing to control everything. And then also to communicate that honestly – that was a real learning moment.
And in fact, I noticed afterwards in daily life that I acted differently: I dared to set clearer boundaries. Simply to say: I need time for myself right now. Or – in other moments – to follow my impulses without immediately suppressing them. Once, I clearly told off someone on the street who was really annoying me. In another moment, I allowed myself to give in more to my sexual impulses. These small changes are, for me, a sign that the channeling really shifted something.
What I especially liked: that I can listen to the channeling again and again. In a live conversation with a therapist, that’s just not possible. But here? I can rewind. Tune in again. Reconnect with it. And that’s a clear advantage.
Overall, it was really pleasant how calmly and gently Dennis guided the process. I’d absolutely recommend this session without reservation – especially to people who resonate with this kind of communication style and flexible format. It’s made for modern life: for people who travel, who are on the go, who are open to new ways of doing inner work. It’s a contemporary form of support.
And for anyone who’s still on the fence: all I can say is – it works. Even without being physically or “live” connected. “For me, the session was a truly unique experience, and I really liked how you conducted it, Dennis, because your voice conveys a lot of peace. The session made me feel very good. For me, it has been a very innovative session where I don’t have to connect with you in ‘real time,’ – in this case the present, past, and future are all one and the same, as the therapy works whenever you want; you just have to press play on the audio. I had never experienced a therapeutic session like this before. Everything you said made so much sense, and there were many moments when I thought, ‘Yes, this really clicks for me’. “First of all, thank you for the great help you’ve given me during a difficult time. Some time ago, I watched my life spiral into an emotional state I couldn’t control or understand. “When I started working with Dennis, I was in a transitional phase – I had just moved cities, and I didn’t feel fully in the new, but I also wasn’t in the old anymore. I felt stuck in a way I couldn’t describe. It was as if I wasn’t fully present or fully alive.
What I value so much about working with Dennis is that every session goes straight to the root. Even when I come in with a whole story in my head about what’s going on in my life, Dennis immediately sees what is really happening underneath – what needs presence, and what needs resolution. His perception is incredibly precise.
One of the themes we worked on was my fear of stepping into my joy – the fear that if I’m happy, people will get jealous and I’ll be punished for it. With Dennis, I learned that this reaction in others doesn’t have to be about me, and that I don’t need to make it my problem. Through the sessions, I have been learning and practicing to stay with myself.
I also really, really enjoyed the Heart Channelings. Within the 3-month program I received two Heart Channelings, and I love that I can listen to them anytime. When I’m triggered or going through something, I play the recordings again, and every time it touches me. It really feels like Dennis is in the room with me, guiding me.
What I especially appreciate is that these Heart Channelings are not like guided meditations where someone tells you to ‘just let go and breathe’ in a generic way. Instead, I feel deeply seen. Dennis names exactly what’s happening – very precisely – saying things like: ‘I can feel heaviness here, it seems connected to XYZ’, and it’s always felt accurate and spot-on. He really holds space through these recordings, and being met that clearly is very healing. “I have been struggling with self-doubt and limiting beliefs especially regarding my abilities as a musician for as long as I can remember. When I started working with Dennis I didn’t know much about Body-Oriented Therapy or Energy Healing.

“A friend of mine donated me a session with Dennis. At this time I was quite desperate, because I had tried a lot before and found no release for my spine problems.
One of the problems was that one vertebra of the thoracic spine moved out of its place from time to time – almost daily – and the orthopedists had no idea, how this could happen and what to do. This movement caused nausea and tensions all along the spine.
When we first talked at the phone, Dennis perceived that I had problems to relax. I was very surprised, because I had laid a lot of other “traces” in our conversation. When he asked me, if it was difficult for me to relax, I disagreed at first. Later when I reflected on it more deeply I found out that I could only really relax well if I had worked hard before/achieved something before. To relax was therefore dependent on other things. In other words: it wasn’t easy for me to relax offhandedly.
In the following sessions we recovered that I was plagued since childhood by the feeling of not being right. I felt ashamed of parts of me and I tried everything to distract others from those “embarrassing” parts. This made it quite stressful for me to be in the presence of others. In 2 sessions Dennis supported me in creating a full acceptance for myself including these “embarrassing” parts. This helped me a lot to relax and to feel better with myself. The before described problem of my thoracic spine disappeared completely and did not show up again (since 8 months now).

“Having had the chance to meet and work with Dennis over the last nine months has been a true blessing for me. We met at a time I had already been working on myself for a long time, but I was still struggling with strong suppressed emotions I didn’t know how to handle.
